Food is an important determinant of happiness. It contributes towards nutrition, health and alleviating mood. It is an important feature in socialization and our celebrations. I. Riders for food as a means of happiness

1. Do not allow a day to pass without eating a food of your choice.
2. Do not eat unless & until you have earned a hunger for yourself. "Earn a hunger" here, refers to doing some physical activity & burn the calories before eating.

II. Remember the food you love

Prepare a list of dishes that you and your family love to eat. Stick it in your kitchen. Shuffle your menu every weekend according to the list. Make sure everyone gets a chance to eat their favourite dish. No wonder you will be everyone's favourite!

Do not get stuck to a recipe book or food website. Create your own version according to your needs. Make sure it is healthy and tasty. Do some new experiment, each time you make the same dish.

IV. Discover your favorite place to eat

Yes, you cannot cook always. Discover restaurants and eateries near you where you would love to eat after a long week or a rough day. Even when you are eating at home, find a comfortable place which is quiet and gives you a chance to interact with your family. Avoid screens, while eating.

Food plays a vital role in dealing with our health problems & recovery. There are foods that help us to stay healthier , lose weight & fight with diseases.

2. Avoid junk foods. In case you cannot resist them resolve to balance it by eating a healthy food like an apple.
